  • The Duel By Josh Woofter Narrated by Miyamoto Musashi
  • AH, that's me down there in my prime. This is me practicing for my first real duel with my late uncle Dorin. I was 13 at the time and I felt ready to fight to prove myself.
  • You have my thanks, uncle. You were generous to give me practice before my big day.
  • You're learnin' from the best, kid.
  • You haven't even reached adulthood! You don't stand a chance, kid.
  • My opponent and everybody else never believed in me and even poked fun at my age. This was their biggest mistake.
  • It was looking grim. He had the upper hand and I was already wounded by a simple dagger. He continued to mock me until I couldn't take it anymore.
  • In one millisecond of pure hatred I forgot about my training and elegant moves.  I struck hard and left cuts and bruises everywhere (see first pannel)
  • I killed this man in the duel. Brutally and harshly though, I won. When the dust had settled ad the arena was cleaned, his body layed as a monument to my victory
