Emma is now feeling very frustrated and worried because she wants to do well in the test however she doesn't really understand the topic.
I'm not going to do bad in the test because I understand most of the things and I'm going to get through it.
Emma is really jealous that everyone is feeling pretty good about the test so she decides to try and put people down by discouraging them.
I'm so sorry for putting you down because I was really nervous for the test.
Emma has now realised that she shouldn't have discouraged Chloe about the test. She has hurt Chloe's feelings and has made herself feel bad as well.
Emma could do some meditation to calm down and to distract herself from thinking about the test. She could also listen to some music to help her not think about the situation.
Emma tried to discourage Chloe about the test and is now apologising to her. She explains to Chloe how she was feeling at the time and tells her why she was acting the way she was. Chloe understands how Emma is feeling and then helps her out.
