  • French and Indian War The French fought against the Indian and the British won
  • Proclamation of 1763 which prohibited American colonists from settling west of Appalachia. 
  • Quartering Acts allowed soldiers to find a room in one of the colonist house to stay in because they had no money to pay for more space this allowed them to be fed by the colonist
  • Boston Massacure was an argument between the patriots and the British that escalated and 5 men were killed and there was a young one killed 
  • Boston Tea Party was a political and mercantile protest by the Sons of Liberty in Boston Massachusetts. They boarded the ships and threw the chests of tea into Boston  Harbor.
  • First Continental Congress was a meeting of delegates from twelve of the Thirteen Colonies who met from September 5 to October 26, 1774, at Carpenters' Hall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, early in the American Revolution.
