Storyboard Text

  • The hero in our story's name is Lysandra which means the defender of humankind.
  • We begin our tale when not many people knew the soon to be greatest women's rights activist anyone had ever seen.
  • She eventually gained a following of people who agreed with how she felt women should be treated.
  • She tried time and time again to explain to someone higher up in government but no one would listen.
  • Women deserve rights too!
  • She later spoke at the Seneca Falls Convention to prove that women deserved the same rights men had.
  • She was such an influence on the people she spoke to that she became one of the 68 women who signed the Declaration of Sentiments.
