  • I love my husband so much, I just can't for him to get home. Oh, here he is!
  • Rising action
  • He is drinking a lot more then usual.
  • I have to tell you something
  • Climax
  • OH NO, WHAT DID I DO, I GOT TO THINK QUICKLY!
  •  Mary Malone is waiting for her husband Patrick to get back, and in the mean time is knitting. Mary  shows how much she loves her husband, by using descriptions of him that nobody else would find attractive. 
  • Falling Action
  • Patrick would Love cheese cake!
  • Patrick has come and is acting unusual, drinking a lot more then usual. Mary does not drink with him because she is pregnant. He finally gets to get the courage tell her what he had done. Mary Malone is very shocked
  • Falling action
  • There is no way Mary could've killed him.
  • Ask Sam, the clerk. if you don't believe me
  • Mary Malone walks into the basement and grabs a Lamb leg from the freezer and smacks Patrick in the head and kills him.
  • Resolution
  • I bet that the murder weapon is right under our noses.
  • Mary Malone thinks hard and quick, she decides the only way she can get away with the murder is to provide an alaby,  She shoves the lamb leg in the oven and talks to the the clerk(Sam) and acts like nothing is wrong.
  • Mary Malone calls the police. They come and investigate the crime scene and interrogate Mary Malone, and they think she is innocent because she has an alaby and the murder weapon is  being cooked.
  • Mary offers to give the lamb leg to the cops to eat. The cops do not know that the lamb leg is the murder weapon. While munching down on the lamb leg, one of the cops says that he bets that the murder weapon is in the house, probably right under their noses. The story ends ith Mary Malone chuckling to herself.
  • MUHAHAHA!
