(Baby Aurora has adjusted to the lower atmospheric pressure by producing more red blood cells to counteract the lack of oxygen. Try again next time, Maleficent...)
Day 1... still
Aurora may not be comfortable, but because her body has adjusted, she may survive despite Maleficent's best efforts.
Once again... Day 1
Aurora's homeostasis is ruined! The oxygen levels in her body are much too low, and her circulatory system and respiratory system are barely functional. It also appears she has hypothermia from the temperature shock.
To restore her homeostasis, we'll gradually bring her back down the mountain. Her body will adjust as we go to the new oxygen levels.
After changing Aurora out of her wet clothes and covering her in warm blankets to restore her body temperature to the set point, Aurora now has a much better chance of survival.
