Story board of OUA-HRMO musical song and dance presentation of DFA Celebrates a Night of OPM.

  • I. Introduction: Handog
  • II. The Feminine Mystique
  • III. The Male Nonchalance
  • 1. Backdrop shows sign "Retrospective of the Fab 70s" in circa 70s design and colors. 2. Opening performance features group of about 10 performers singing Florante's "Handog" (Karaoke format). 3. Song run-time is 36 seconds (0:10- 0:46).
  • IV. The Open Ended Reconciliation
  • 1. First Lady enters from stage right and performs "Tukso" by Eva Eugenio. Run time is 30 seconds (0:45– 1:15). As song fades out performer exists stage left. 2. As first lady performer exists second female performs segues from stage left to center and sings Imelda Papin's "Kung Liligaya Ka ...." Run time is 30 seconds (0:36– 1:06). Imelda Papin makes her exit stage right. 
  • V. Finale:
  • 1.As Imelad Papin exists, first male performer segues from stage right to center and sings "Tuloy Pa Rin Ako" by Labuyo. Run time is 27 seconds (0:42– 1:09). 2.As Labuyo exists stage left second male performs sets into stage from stage left to center to sing "Ikaw Pa Rin" by Tito Mina. Total running time is 54 seconds (0:35 – 1:02 (27secs) and 2:13 – 2:40 (27 secs). 
  • 
  • (1) As Tito Mina exists stage right, 5 male (stage left) and 5 female performers (stage right enters center and performs "Ewan" by Sharon Cuneta and Apo Hiking Society. (2) Collective run time is 59 seconds (0:16 – 0:38 [22 secs] and 2:10 – 2:47 [37 secs]). (3) Singing goes on, the rest of cast make their way at the Finale (Song and Dance Number). Concerned performers prepare for Finale. 
  • 1. Dancers (3 couples) assume their positions for the 2 dance numbers, i.e., VST & Co's "Swing" 0:28 – 2:16 (136 seconds) and 3:22 – 3:42 (20 seconds)  and "Rock Baby Rock" 2:00 – 3:54. Collective running time of two songs is approximately 5 minutes. 2. At end of Finale, cast members on stag make a curtain call and bow and exit on both sides.
