Sir Gawain and The Green Knight (Part 1)
One day, The Green Knight arrived at King Arthur's castle, with a challenge that shocked everybody present.
The Green Knight offered a challenge that stated, "Whoever accepts must chop off my head. One year later, I will slice your head off." The Green Knight excepted Arthur to step up.
King Arthur did not accept, but rather Sir Gawain, his knight, accepted. Gawain did not hesitate to slice the Green Knight's head off. The Green Knight head fell to the ground.
The Green Knight picked his head back up and proclaimed, "Come to my place in a year so I can return the favor."
The Green Knight then rode back to his place, wishing to meet Gawain in a year to "return the favor."
