Storyboard Description

In this scene the soothsayer was trying to tell Caesar 'Beware the ides of march" (I:II:ln 20-25). And then Caesar makes him out to be a fool saying "He is a dreamer, let us leave him.pass" (i:II:ln 20-25) . So Caesar in his head is like " this man made up something this far fetched it has to be a dream right or is he joking? He then leaves the soothsayer because he thinks hes a fool.

  • In Act II Scene 2 Decius and Caesar are talking. Decius tells Caesar "The senate have concluded to give this day a crown to mighty Caesar" (ii:II:ln 95-100).Caesar is more then happy with what Decius said. Caesar told Decius "Give me robe, for i will go" (ii:II:ln 95-100). off they went.

  • In Act III Scene II The Conspirators assassinate Caesar. At the funeral Brutus and Antony give an orientation. Antony says "Come i to speak in Caesars funeral faithful and just to me" (iii:II:ln 85-90). Then Brutus explain Caesars death was necessary to keep the romans away.

  • In Act IV Scene III the friend ship between Brutus and Cassius is falling apart. Brutus accuses Cassius of excepting bribes. Brutus says "the enemy marching along by them" (IV:III:ln 200-205). Cassius was not happy with this statement and marched off.
  • In Act V Scene II Antony is at Caesars grave talking about how great he was. He says "this was the noblest roman of them all" (V:II:ln 70). he was there for a really long time. He loved Caesar so much. and would give anything to see him again

  • The theme is no one is who they say they are. During Caesars civil war, Brutus picked the losing side. Caesar is rivals with Pompey. Pompey killed Brutus father. Brutus went to Pompeys side to annoy Caesar.
