  • I was running on the treadmill and I got a sudden pain in my ankle and started limping.

  • Okay, It seems to be a sprain, try staying off your ankle for about a week or 2.

  • Hi, I had a sprained ankle about 2 weeks ago and I've went to physical therapy and strengthen and condition and its starting to hurt again.
  • You don't have a sprain anymore. It's just hurting because you're getting back to putting pressure on the foot again and then pain should go away in couple days.
