  • Mrs. Jones, how are you today? Lets go ahead and take you back.
  • Okay, I feel light headed when I stand up.
  • Lets go ahead and have you ride in a wheelchair into the back? Okay
  • Okay dear, that sounds good.
  • You are at 175 Ibs., and your height is 52 inches. This is about 15 Ibs. greater than you were before?
  • Oh, yes I have been eating more.
  • Do you have any shortness of breath or any swelling in your legs, feet, or ankles?
  • I don't see anything abnormal after looking at your ankles and feet.
  • No, but I do take my blood pressure at home. And it averages 140/98.
  • Can you tell me a little bit more about your ranges you have gotten?
  • My lowest was 112/80 and I felt like I was going to pass out! But I didn't. My highest reading was 180/100 and I did have a headache that morning.
  • Okay, what kind of medications are you taking now?
  • Lisinopril 20mg twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the evening.
