  • Jackson used this idea to his advantage to win over the people during the bitter election between John Quincy Adams and himself which was a a very smart tactic.
  • This shows that Andrew Jackson was worthy of being on the $20 bill because he was a very strategic, smart president and he put the peoples needs before his.
  • Jacksonian democracy is the idea of spreading political power to all the people and ensuring majority rule which is was an idea made by Andrew Jackson.

  • Did you know that many presidents use the spoil system which is the practice of giving governmental jobs to political backers?
  • This proves Jackson is worthy of being on the $20 bill because he's very trustworthy and kept his promise to the people about reforming the government when he goes into office.

  • Oh yes! In his second election, Jackson used this to his advantage when he learned about Calhoun's thoughts about it and went against him and earned support from many people.

  • The War on the National Bank the campaign started by Andrew Jackson to destroy the national bank of the U.S. the economic decisions that he had to make
  • This war was between Noah Biddle and Andrew Jackson and because of Jackson's smart economical decisions, he got an advantage and won the Bank War and the presidential election. 
  • Andrew Jackson would do anything for his people even if that could get him in conflict which proves that he was very worthy of being on the $20 bill.
  • Jackson was very strategic which is a good quality of a noble person that should be on the $20 bill. 
  • Andrew Jackson made great economic decisions and won the national bank war which proves that he was a worthy president and worthy enough to be on the $20 bill.
