  • In "Perseus and Andromdea" Perseus found Atlas struggling to hold up the sky. He begged Perseus to turn him into rock. Perseus sympathized and turned Atlas into a mountain range.
  • Symbolism
  • On his way home he found a girl chained to rock. The girl said there was a sea monster coming to kill her. Perseus said he would fight the monster.
  • Motif
  • Perseus fought the monster. After he killed the monster. Andromeda agreed to be his wife. They went back to Perseus mother's homeland to forgive his grandfather. While playing discus Perseus accidentally killed his grandfather.
  • Theme
  • One of the symbols in "Perseus and Andromdea" was Perseus's shield. The shield was a gift form Zeus and Athena. The shield was given to Perseus after he killed Medusa.
  • The motif in "Perseus and Andromdea" was to never abandon your family. This is shown when Perseus return to his mothers homeland and forgave his grandfather.
  • The theme of "Perseus and Andromdea" was that the mother and father have to sacrifice there daughter to save everyone in there kingdom.
