Storyboard Text

  • Buck and his team started fighting with another group of dogs over food. The other dogs where trying to attack them and kill them over something small. The scene is slow and yet moving because they do not start fighting right away. One moment they are peaceful and the next moment they are all attacking each other. The dogs seem creepy making you question what is going to happen next.
  • In this scene Buck is drowning and Francois jumps in to save him, he just jumps in the water to keep him from drowning. Buck is in the water doing whatever he can to stay above water and be able to live. In the story it is scary because you do not know if Buck is going to survive. No one knows what will happen and it gets you reading and questioning. This scene makes you want to read but then you do not want to know if it is something bad so the suspense in the story makes you keep reading.
  • When Buck is running with the dogs and they have the sleds with them some dogs are in charge of making sure every dog is doing what they are suppose to be doing. The dogs nip them if they go off track or do something wrong, so when buck does not obey orders they nip him and sometimes he does not like it at all.He will do some things on purpose which makes the whole scene feel like something major is going to happen. Buck does not like that the dogs do that so you never know how Buck is going to react.
  • Buck and every other dog wanted to get the bunny. They were all fighting for the bunny to show they were dominate but in the end Spitz won but Buck did not like that one bit. Once Spitz won the setting died down a bit until Buck charged him and was starting to fight him. At this point everyone dog and reader wanted to know would would still be breathing. The fight started to get into a life or death and the fight seemed to be dragging along so the reader had to wait to find  the answer.
