  • Growing Tensions Between the Colonies and Britain
  • The Quartering Act

  • The Stamp Act
  • Show me your paper. I don't see a stamp give me your taxes!
  • 
  • This is what lend up to the revolutionary war. Britain was taxing the colonist large amounts for paper, foods and other goods. And the colonist had no say in this taxation. That is called taxation without  representation.
  • The Boston Massacre
  • Oh no Jim!
  • The Quartering Act meant that the colonist had to give the soldiers beds, warmth candles, food and everything they needed.
  • The Boston Tea Party
  • Only damage the boxes of tea.
  • The Stamp Act meant that colonists had to pay more taxes for any paper items. How they knew if you paid your taxes is if you have a blue stamp on it. 
  • The Intolerable Acts
  • The Boston Massacre was went a bunch of colonists where protesting at the taxing house when one of the soldiers thought the captain said fire and many people were either mortality wounded or dead.

  • The Boston tea party was when the colonist through tea of a boat in complain from the new tea tax.
  • The laws were so harsh that the colonist would not accept them the began to tar and feather taxers. And force tea down there throat.
