The disease was carried by fleas and rats.
in the medieval time a disease went around call The Black Death it killed 50 million people in the 14th century.
when the plague hit Europe every got really sick
in the year, 1348, two ships docked in Dorset. A French sailor brought with him from France the seeds of the terrible plague.
And so they planned to invade the country. But when they got to the border, they too caught the disease!
