Ayesha was never the type of girl to be adamant or brave but thAt was going to change. Ayesha was born in the countryside of Beirut & lived with her mom, Grandma and two other brothers that go by the name of Latif & Ahamed. Her and her family were not the richest of families but lived off the money that her mum earned as a farmer.
There has to be something I can do to save grandma. Maybe go to the doctors to get medicine, but that's across no man's land...
One day there was a bomb that had separated her hometown and unfortunately killed her mother. On that day they lost everything and were wondering around the hometown searching for food and shelter. Not long after the bomb incident, they came across a refugee camp in an old rundown house.
After 2 months of staying at the refugee camp, the grandmother started to get an aching back & and had run out the special medication needed for her back and her sickness. The grandmother got weaker and weaker and Ayesha felt bad not being able to do anything about it.
I wonder why he's helping me?
It's just around the corner.
Seeing her grandma in a position like this made her determined to fix the problem so got up every day so she could plan a way of getting across no man's land without getting caught to grab the medication for her Grandma. Each day that passed she watched her grandma getting sicker and sicker making her more determined than before.
let's find out the safest and quickest way to get past no man's land.
One very early morning Ayesha got up and got ready to set off to go find the medicine. When Ayesha got to one side of no man's land she ran as fast and quiet as she could.
Come on your so close to the end. You can do this.
When Ayesha got to the other side, out of breath she was thinking to herself of how lonely she was without anybody with her. She sat down on steps and looked up to see a boy Ayesha asked where she could find Dr. Leila and the boy surprisingly showed her to her office.
