- Two gravediggers were discussing about the polemic burial of a woman who killed herself.
- At the time the gravediggers were discussing about who could build stronger things, Hamlet and Horatio enter in the distance.
- Excuse me, sir, whose grave is this?
- While the gravedigger was digging and singing, Hamlet was questioning his attitude.
- How long have you been a gravedigger?
- From the ground a skull emerged and Hamlet started wondering about where does it came from.
- *SINGING*
- As an answer to Hamlet, the gravedigger was making him notice how clever he was, and bordering him with his wordplay.
- *SINGING*
- The gravedigger answered Hamlet telling him that he has been a gravedigger since King Hamlet defeated Fortinbras.
