  • You can acquire a variety of fatal diseases by drinking alcohol.  Alcohol poisoning can kill you.  It is caused by drinking too much alcohol too quickly.

  • Drinking is a good way to loosen up at parties.

  • Drinking makes you do things you wouldn't normally do at parties, like saying weird things and get into fights.

  • Drinking alcohol will make me cool.

  • Drinking alcohol can make you stumble, pass out, and even vomit on yourself.  You may get bad breathe, and gain weight.  In other words, drinking alcohol doesn't necessarily make you cool.

  • Over 70% of kids between ages 12-20 have drank alcohol in a month.  You don't need to drink to fit in.

  • Nothing will rush alcohol out of the bloodstream, including cold showers and coffee.  It takes about 2-3 hours for it to exit the bloodstream completely.

  • Kids' brains and bodies are still in the process of growing, and drinking alcohol will cause problems before they are fully grown.  People are 5 times more likely to experience alcoholism as an adult if they drink before the age of 21.
