After you wake up, brushing your teeth is very important. It gets rid of any bacteria that may have been on your teeth, avoids cavities in your teeth from bacteria, and also freshens your breath.
I usually brush for 2 minutes, make sure to get behind your teeth, and it's also a good idea to brush after meals or before you go to bed.
Hmm...... I just ran on the treadmill but, should I change my clothes or take a shower? I don't think it's that important, I'll just do it later.
Hey, you should at least change your clothes after exercising. With all that sweat and oil soaked up in your clothes, you should get body acne just like how you can get facial acne when you don't wash your face.
Exercising daily is a good choice to stay healthy since it keeps you active, it builds your leg muscles, and it will help you lose weight.
Along with changing my clothes, I am going to take a shower to remove all the oils and sweat from my body so, I don't get body acne.
Now that I have done my daily exercise, it's time to eat breakfast. But, I need to wash my hands first to get rid of harmful bacteria that could be on my hands.
Eating healthy is also very important to maintain a healthy, happy, and active lifestyle. Also, since breakfast is the most important meal of the day try not to eat processed foods such as cereal, eat something natural and healthy such as a salad.
Washing your clothes is also very important. You shouldn't be wearing the same clothes as you wore yesterday any other day without, washing them. This is important since, your clothes can trap things like dead skin, sweat, and oils. Washing your clothes also prevents you from getting body acne and, makes you smell good as well.
