The problem in thet these children are working up to "eleven or twelve hoursa day, six days a week"(32).
The soulution to fix the problem about these kids working is a man came in and took pictures and showed people how awful this place and people were.

Since the kids worked all day the children were always tired, They worked about 6 days a week and 12 hours a day.
To survive, the children would work to supprt there family along with the adults. There family would leave their farm so they can go to the mill.
