Storyboard Text

  • Girl: Could you tell me about an animal cell? Boy: Sure! Then you could tell me about a plant cell! Girl: Okay!
  • This is an animal cell. It is eukaryotic. All of the parts of the cell work together to make the body function.
  • The cell is made up of a cell membrane, a nucleus, a rough and smooth ER, a mitochondria, ribosomes, lysosomes, golgi apparatus, secretary vesicle, peroxisome, centrosome, and centriole
  • Much like an animal cell, a plant cell is also eukaryotic. Both cells have many similarities, however the major difference is, plant cells have a cell wall and animal cells do not. The purpose of the cell wall is to provide more structure and protection to the cell.
