  • The Narrator is in a cell in jail, and he is thinking about the eye an old man had because he was blind.
  • Climax
  • The Narrator is thinking of the old man's eye and he wants to kill him because of his eye.
  • Falling Action
  • One night he was stalking him, and he did this for seven night. Every night the old mans eye were closed. Then he  woke up the old man, and for a couple hours he stood there.
  • Resolution
  • I ADMIT THE DEED, I DID KILL HIM. JUST TEAR UP THIS FLOOR!
  • After a while, he had strikes and then shrieked as he suffocated the old man with a mattress.
  • Police came the next day and investigated his house because a neighbor heard a scream. After a while the Narrator heard the old mans heart, but it was actually his.
  • After a while, he couldn't stand the beating so he confessed to the cops.
