Dr. Harlow arrived and was examining Phineas. Dr. Harlow helped him go inside the house and helped him to lay on the bed.
Dr. Harlow uses his bare hands to clean Phineas' head and piece his skull back together. Phineas had to get his head shaved. (Doctors in the 1800s didn't wear gloves or wash their hands before surgery. They also wore their normal clothes instead of scrubs.)
2 Years Later...
Dr. Bigalow is talking about Phineas' brain to other people who are interested. There are "Whole Brainers" and there are "Localizers" listening.
