The Lottery Storyboard
Setting of "The Lottery." We see a cheerful suburbs. It is innocent, it is summer. There are ponds and young children playing and gathering rocks and pebbles like young people do. Nothing seems amis and everything is happy and cheerful.
Old man Warner, Mr. Graves, and Mr. Summers bring out the old broken down "Lottery" box.
One representative from each family comes up to pick a scrap of paper from the box. If the paper is blank, you're safe. However, one is marked with a black dot. The Hutchinson family is chosen.
From the Hutchinson family, they draw again.
Tessie is chosen.
Tessie, whilst loudly protesting, is stoned to death
NO! STOP! IT'S NOT FAIR!!
