  • Children are stolen from their families and forced into child labour. Companies do thins because it is cheaper than hiring adults.
  • Children work in dangerous conditions and sometimes get hurt (working with machinery, sharp objects, etc). It also means that the children don't get an education.
  • Africa has the highest percentage of child labour in the world (e.g the Ivory Coast has the produces the most cocoa in the world and most of the plantations use children).
