The beginning of WWI was very traumatic and there had been higher death tolls more than the previous wars. Many new technology was invented and sold to millions. The Germans had many advantages of capturing the new technology and starting a war.
The americans arrive
The U.S. decided that they were going to join in the war and help their allies. Many Americans feared that the war would corrupt onto their land but eventually it did not. Later on during the war the U.S. and their allies defeated the central powers.
A flawed peace
Many people on both sides of the country had differences and disagreements after the war. The allies decided to create a treaty called varsai and the purpose was to punish the central powers. The central powers split up and also payed it's debt.
