This is an example of the third and 6th amendment,and why people have the rights to certain things and have the right to refuse to do certain things either all together or until they are given their right.

  • You are being placed under arrest for theft. Also you may not contact anyone including a lawyer
  • Okay I am not answering any questions until there is a lawyer for my defense
  • You can't do that Ma'am you must answer all questions about the theft before you can contact a lawyer for your defense.
  • Actually I have the right to stay silent until I have a lawyer for my defense,because of the 6th amendment.
  • Okay you are right. You may have a lawyer for your defense.
  • Thank you Sir.
  • Hello Ma'am.
  • Umm?Hey what brings you here today?Do you need something?
  • Yes actually I am here to tell you something.And that is, you MUST house this solider.you MUST feed him care for him and give him a bedroom.
  • Sorry sir but I don't have room in my house to house this solider.All of the extra rooms I used to have are now bedrooms of my kids.
  • You are correct Ma'am.We will be leaving now.
  • You are going to have to make room for this solider then Ma'am.
  • I have the right to refuse to house this solider because of the third amendment.
