Storyboard Text

  • My Reflection on the Reading and the Presentation About Gina
  • I felt really inspired after reading and watching the presentation about Gina. She is a true inspiration for everyone. She may have SLOS and needsaccommodations and modifications but she is just like any other person.
  • WELCOME TO MS. WONG's CLASSROOM
  • Lesson We Should All Learn
  • Never Judge a Person!
  • We should get to know the person even though he/she may be different. Just like everyone else, they have desires, dreams, feelings, a lot of love, and a great friend. We should ALL be treated with the same respect.
  • 4 Ways, As a Teacher, I will Help Parents Share Their Voice
  • Share Your Voice!~ I will set up a website or a blog that is safe where all parents can share their voices and also can help other parents as well if they have a problem.~ I can set up a program where parents can get together and talk and share, which can be comforting to know that they are not alone.~ I can set up a meeting with the parents one on one if they do not feel comfortable talking to other people. I will remind them that whatever they say will not leave the room. The meeting will be based on how I can modify and accommodate their child.~ Parents are always welcome into the classroom and they can share their voices by educating students as they share their experiences.
