Pharisees call Jesus and his disciples out for not strictly following the tradition. In return, Jesus says how they're hypocrites using evidence from the elders.
You don't follow tradition!
After he said a parable and got away from the crowd, his disciples questioned Him. He responded by explaining what defiles.
What does that mean?
Jesus goes to Tyre and runs into a house so nobody will see Him. Instead, people see Him. This represents why the Messianic Secret was so important in Jesus' life.
There he is!
A woman that sees Him in Tyre asks for Him to free her daughter from demons. As a result of Jesus' love, he frees the daughter, and she's fine.
Your daughter is free!
Jesus goes to the district of Decapolis, and the people bring a deaf man to Him. Jesus the takes him away from the crowd. Through putting his fingers in the deaf man's ears and calling to God, Jesus gives the man the ability to hear.
DO NOT TELL ANYONE!
Jesus tells the before-deaf man along with the crowd to not tell anyone of what happened. Of course, they proclaim it more the more he tells them not to. They proclaim astonished, and the Messianic Secret begins to break.
