Roman civilization flourished from 700 B.C.E. to 476 C.E. It began in the ancient city of Rome. Rome is located in Italy, It has a peninsula and islands by Southern Europe.

When the twins were born they got sent to drowen so they didn't over take the thrown. They boys didnt drowen thought they were found by a mother wolf who took care of them until one day a shepeard found them and took the boys back to his house. They started fighting about who would be ruler and what they would name there city they built by the rivrer they were found in. Eventually Romulus killed Remus that is why we call it Rome.
