  • Lily went to her health teacher for help on how to start being positive and help her stress. Lilyś health teacher gave her handouts and websites to help.

  • When Lily gets stressed at school she goes for walks to the bathroom and does some deep breathing. (Health Enhancing Behavior) During school, Lily avoids being around negative people. (Risky Behavior)

  • Do I have ways to reduce stress in my life? Are they successful?
  • Lily told her friends about how everything that her health teacher had given her had been really helping her. If any of her friends see her stressed, they tell her to meditate or take a walk.
  • Lily began to have better sleep.
  • Lily asks herself questions to reflect on.
