Hey guys, I think we should throw out the trash we brought. We need to "Leave No Trace."
Yea Chris, just leave it be.
Who cares? Everyone else does it. There was already trash here before we even stepped on the beach.
But Patty, don't you what save the animals? The bottle plastic over there can wrap around turtles neck when they are young an slowly suffocate them. Do you want to be the killer of who knows how many creatures?

Not the turtles!!!
Wait... What is "Leave No Trace" again?
Well, according to the Boy Scout of America, Leave No Trace has seven principles: plan ahead and prepare, travel on durable surfaces, dispose of waste properly, leave what you find, minimize impacts of fire, respect wildlife and be considerate of other visitors. We are breaking at least three of the principles right now.
Yea right, which ones?
We obviously haven't disposed of trash properly, we haven't respected wildlife because our waste could harm them and we haven't been considerate of other visitors because they will have to look at out trash and not just the pretty view.
And to top it off, one Charity called "Trash Free Seas" picked up 220 million pounds of trash in the last 30 years. Us leaving trash here is just going to add to the pollution, sit matters a lot. We need to at least do our part.
Ok, well let's pick up some trash!!
I think we did something great for the beach today.
