Order of Operations
Order of operations is another way to solve long math sentences.
This process is done in 6 steps, parenthesis, exponents, multiplication, division, addition and subtraction. this is also known as PEMDAS.
A way to remember this process is "Please excuse my dear Aunt Sally."
Don't worry, you do not have to do everything in this exact order. multiplication and division depends on what comes first. It is the same with addition and subtraction.
Now that you know how to do order of operations, I think it is time for an example.
