  • In plymouth they were meaning to stay in america so they made their own materials. They were all puritans so all they could do were work, pray, and worship god so people of all ages were forced to work.

  • In Plymouth they did not have freedom of religion. They had to be Puritan or they would kill them. As seen by a young women who told story's and was hung for it. 
  • Social
  • Some people are missing... I guess we'll have to kill them.
  • What shall we do?we drifted off course and we don't have the legal right to stay here! Our colony will fail!
  • When the people of Plymouth tried to get to Northern Virginia they drifted off course and landed in cape cod where they didn't have a patent to settle there. Instead of turning back, they created their own laws which included the forced puritan religion.

  • Fear not citizen! we will create our own form of government! A government that only allows Puritans. That'll show them! 
  • When they got to Plymouth it was cold and very rocky. Because of this farming was very difficult.

  • How would you compare and contrast Jamestown to Plymouth? Jamestown was meant to earn money and leave. It also had fertile soil and freedom of religion. Plymouth was meant to stay and colonize, it had very rocky and non fertile soil, and they had to be Puritans.
