  • Welcome to math  to day we will be learning about Dividing Fractions
  • Isn't greatest common factor, or GCF, is the greatest factor that divides two numbers. To find the GCF of two numbers: List the prime factors of each number.
  • but first you have to know the GCF,the LCM,,distributive property, and how to divide fractions.....Yes Zoe? Correct!
  • For example, the Least Common Multiple of 3 and 5 is 15, because 15 is a multiple of 3 and also a multiple of 5. Other common multiples include 30 and 45, etc, but they are not the smallest (least).
  • LCM the smallest positive number that is a multiple of two or more numbers.....that is correct Yineliz!
  • Ms. Jones what is distributive property?
  • distributive property lets you multiply each addend separately and then add the products.
  •  Then, multiply the two denominators.
  • Last but not least, Dividing two fractions is the same as multiplying the first fraction by the reciprocal of the second fraction.
  • The first step to dividing fractions is to find the reciprocal (reverse the numerator and denominator) of the second fraction.
  • Man i'm bored when is school over.
  • Thats the end of todays lesson, have a nice day.
  • YES! Finally schools over.
  • bye class
