  • Ruled by nine judges such as a Chief Justice and eight others. Our final decision based on constitutional law.
  • Judical Branch
  • Expressed Powers
  • The ConstitutionPowers to coin money, regulate commerce, declare war, raise and maintain armed forces, or establish a post office.
  • Those are the powers that was specifically named in the Constituion. Sometimes called delegated powers or enumerated.
  • Implied Powers
  • The basic of Implied powers comes from the elastic clause and allows Congress to strech its powers. 
  • Responsible of deciding the meaning of laws, how to apply them to real situtation, and whether a law break rules of constitution. This is also the Court System.
  • The powers that was specifically named or written in the Constitution. The purpose is to limit the national government by defining what it can do.
  • The powers granted to the United States government that aren't explicitly stated in the Constitution. It's necessary for the function of any given governing.
