Storyboard Text

  • Yet I will try the last. Before my body I throw my warlike shield. Lay on, Macduff, and damned be him that first cries, ‘Hold enough!’
  •  Hail, king! For so thou art. Behold where stands. The usurper’s head. The time is free
  • So, thanks to all at once and to each one, whom we invite to see us crowned at Scone
  • Malcolm, Macduff, and their soldiers are all cutting down the trees of Birnam Woods and use the trees to camouflage to get closer to Macbeth’s castle. Meanwhile, later, back at Macbeth’s castle, a messenger sees the trees move and calls for Macbeth, and he also sees the trees move, which fulfilled the third apparition.
  • When Malcolm, Macduff, and their soldiers approach Macbeth’s castle, Macbeth’s confidence vanishes once he discovers that Macduff is born from a C-section. Upon learning this new information, he continues to fight Macduff until the end.
  • Macduff enters with Macbeth’s head. Now that Macbeth has died, Macduff calls Malcolm as the rightful heir to the throne. Malcolm ends the play with a speech, promising to restore and reward the people of Scotland.
