sarcomeres make up myofibrils, which make up muscle fibers which make up fasiscles. As the smallest peices contract, everything contracts.

so the different layers of muscles are like russian nesting dolls?
well you see, the fasicles have endomysium which keeps all the fibers together, that is surrounded by perimysium and thats surrounded by epimysium
wait but how does all this stay together?
sometimes we just get sore, champ, just ice up!
it seems like muscles are so intense, but why does it hurt?
