It has come to my attention that our new padding is inferior to our regular padding.
The decision to change the padding was made by top management in order to solve a budget problem we are currently facing.
Selling a worse product and marketing it as quality will not fix the budget.
I can't do anything about it. You will have to talk to upper management.
I do not believe it is right to sell furniture with this new padding as a quality product. It can damage our reputation as a company, and possibly the reputations of the retailers that hold our products. Is it possible to find another solution for inexpensive padding? If not, is there a way we can market this new padding as a value product?
Unfortunately this is the next best padding available. However I will put your value product idea into consideration. Thank you for telling me your concerns in a constructive manner.
