Intro: There is a population of rabbits who live in a forest.
Principle #1 Genetic Variation : The rabbits have a different fur color. Some have dark fur and some have light fur.
Principle #2: Struggle to survive Suddenly a wolf appears , and the dark rabbits are able to camouflage with the trees but, the light colored rabbits are unlucky and the light colored rabbits are eaten.
Principle #3: Differential survival and Reproduction The rabbits that camouflaged were able to survive and reproduce but, the rabbits that had light colored fur were unable to.
Principle #4 Change in the Gene Pool After many generations, the group of rabbits all have the same DNA from the parents.
Conclusion: In the end, the dark fur colored rabbits are the surviving population.
