Storyboard Text

  • September 30, 1927 My family and I are going to have a fun day today. We are going to see Louis Armstrong preform downtown and then going to see Babe Ruth and the Yankees play the Washington Senators. It's the last game of the season and I hope Babe can break the home run record. My family looks great, Jeremy is looking like a soon to be man, Susan looks mature, and my wife looks so pretty with her Flapper look
  •  We start our way downtown to go see Louis Armstrong at 1 pm, it's a few blocks but we'll have fun on our trip.
  • We decide to take a little break when we are a block away, we don't want to be too early. We get some food and enjoy some fresh air. The place doesn't seem to be packed, i can see it from here. Seems to be about thirty people so far, not bad at all.
  • Louis Armstrong was great, he really knows how to put on a show. Time for the game
  • He did it! Babe did it! Home run number 60 for Babe Ruth. He deserves this record
  • After our long day, we decide to go see a movie called The Kid Brother. It was a great movie and the family and I had a great day.
