- Hello Group A, In class this morning, we discussed about the eras of Texas, I want you guys to think about your favorite era. We will share with the each other later.
- Hello my name is Alonso Álvare, and i am in charge of mapping coasts, and mainland for spanish settlers. I also created the first map of the gulf of Mexico, which is known to many people now.
- Hi my name is Abraham Lincoln, and I am the 16th president of the United States. During the civil war, Texas seceded from the Union and joined the Confederacy.
- I am Franklin De Roosevelt, i was elected president during the great Depression, which caused unemployments, starvation, and other harmful things. As things got worse, it leaded up to the beginning ofWorld War II.
- Hi I am Sam Houston, and I led Texas in the Battle of the Alamo, during the Texas Revolution era. Sadly, we lost the battle, but we won independence for texas during the battle of San Jacinto.
- During the Mexican National Period, Mexican Soldiers like us fought for our independence from Spain. The war was officially ended by the Treaty of Cordoba
