My favorite thing I learn this year is that history will repeat its self. First There was a revolution when Britain took Americans gun, Then in mexico when the leader took there gun and the was a Texas revolution. We need to have social studies to teach people that history will repeat its self
My least favorite thing would have to be the Project Choices PC. First I always thought it was always just extra work. Second, I have before been up late before working on it but you have to do what you have to do. Last Mr. Read always had mini assignment I would of much rather wanted to do. I believe we didn't really need PCs.
What I'm going to miss
Social studies was great this year but, here some advice. First, your grade in this class relies on you. If you slack off you grade drops. Second he is very kind and gives you all his resources but, you need to use them. Last read the entire web quest. That would be my advice for incoming 7th graders for this class.
What I'm excited for next year
If I had any advice it would be that you need to be on task. First, you have a lot more work than you do in 6th grade. Second, science curriculum a simplified 9th grade year, so it is pretty difficult. Last, there is advanced math that you could be in which has even more work you have to do. You should always just stay on task and be focused, to keep your self in a safe position.
9th grade curriculum? OH NO.
I'm going to miss a lot of thing but, I'm going to really miss my teachers. First, I'm going to miss Mrs. Privett because she was super easy to work with while giving us road bump to keep us sharp and made activities that were education and exciting. Second, I'm going to miss Mrs. Jones because, she was really good at teaching what she did and was just completely out of whack. Last, I'm going to miss Mr. Read because, he was a great teacher and would make jokes but, He gave us life lesson which we will need for the rest of our lives to succeed.
I'm excited for many things next year but, my favorite is probably the teachers. First I have heard that Mrs. Neily, the 8th grade advanced Math teacher, is very nice but, at the same time pushes you. Second, I have hear that Mrs. Hogard, the science teacher, is super crazy and full of energy. Last I still get to be with my PE coach I have right now. That is why I'm excited for next years teachers
