  • We should stretch to lower the chances of injuries.
  • The field is perfect for cardiovascular endurance.
  • We can also do 100 sit-ups to improve our muscular endurance.
  • It is important to exercise so that we can keep the heart and body healthy. We need to take responsibility of our bodies.
  • We can go into the gym later to do some weight training to improve our muscular endurance as well.
  • Lets go on a run, we need to take care of ourselves.
  • I just been really busy so I neglected my physical wellness.
  • I'm not trying to scare you or anything but I hope you know that there will be consequences.
  • Hi honey, recently I know that school has been tough but I don't see you exercising like you use to before.
  • I think you should look out for your physical wellness.
  • I am. I exercise. I am healthy.
  • I never knew that my physical wellness was so important. Thank you so much.
  • Well you see, physical wellness is not just exercising. It is the balance physical activity, proper nutrition, and mental well-being. There are many benefits to being physically well. You are at low risks of diseases and developing depression.
  • There are 5 health components of physical activity.
  • It is body fat composition, flexibility, muscular endurance, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance. Body fat composition is the amount of fat you have. Flexibility is the range of motion. Muscular endurance for example is 100 sit-ups. Muscular strength for example is 200lb bench presses. Cardiovascular endurance for example is like running/swimming/biking.
  • I never knew there were this many aspects in physical activity. I'll will be more responsible taking care of my body. Thank you!
  • Thank you for showing me that I can achieve my goals. I was being too unrealistic with myself and I really am grateful for the guidance.
  • I see that you have been working on your physical wellness but I think that you need to set S.M.A.R.T. goals. S.M.A.R.T goals are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, time related goals. I think that you should really considering making a smart goal so that you are likely to achieve your goal with difficulty so that you are motivated but not unrealistic so that you are likely to quit in the middle.
