Hmm, I need to email my teacher about my project.
To: Mrs. Jackson
Hey Mrs. Jackson, I wanted to email you about my project. I know we had 3 weeks to complete it, but I need another day. If I can't get another day I don't know what I'll do, so yeah I'm gonna do it for another day and turn it in late. I shouldn't get points taken off, right. Cause I've been working really hard.
That sounds good, time to send.
Later that evening...
Hmm, I wonder if Mrs. Jackson has responded to me yet.
To: Jake Watterson
Jake, I do not appreciate the tone you used when you addressed me in the email you sent me earlier today. Also, you have had 3 weeks to finish your project. That is more than enough to complete the project. I will not give you another day to work on it, which means it better be ready to turn in tomorrow at the beginning of class. You also have a lunch detention because of the rude tone you used in your last email. Have a good day, Mrs. Jackson
That's not fair! Stupid teachers trying to hold me back! Oh well, I'll just have to face the consequences and learn how to use proper etiquette. I probably should apologize to Mrs. Jackson and get to work on that project.
