Box One: Tom wants to be more social so he is going to meet up with one of his new friends. He has talked to him once before at school so he doesn't know how this will go. He started to get a little worried
Box Two: He saw his new friend down the street. His anxiety started to ramp up he almost froze. To combat this he tried slowly breathing. It helped a little bit but not as much as he had hoped. Him and his friend arrived at the same time.
Box Three: They both went inside and sat down. When they sat down there was a small computer on the table. He quickly brought the computer to him and searched up ways to reduce anxiety
Box Four: Him and his friend had a fun time. While he was walking home he thought about what he read online about anxiety and realised he had been drinking a lot of caffeinated drinks and not sleeping well. This contributed greatly towards his anxiety. He decided to start drinking more water instead of cafinated drinks to reduce anxiety and help him sleep better
Box Five: He understood that anxiety was out of his control but he knew he could at least try and make it more bearable by doing things to reduce anxiety. He had a plan step 1 was to go home and get rid of all of his soda. step 2 was to drink water and step 3 was to figure out a better sleep schedule.
Box Six: When he got home he started to work on his plan. He got rid of his soda, drank some water and figured out a new sleep schedule. This helped him greatly reduce the amount of anxiety he had.
