- Yes.
- Well, we searched your purse and found that not only do you smoke. You also sell weed.
- Did you have a search warrant?
- I don't need a warrant. I'm the principal!
- This isn't right! What am I dong in jail?
- My client's Fourth Amendment Rights against unreasonable searches and seizures have been violated.
- School administrators are not cops. They don't need a warrant, just reasonable suspicion. You don't really get to have privacy in school.
