  •  As teenagers, it is essential that we receive the vitamins we need, like Biotin, which is also known as Vitamin H!
  • Biotin is a vitamin of the B Complex. It helps the body metabolize fats and carbohydrates within the body. It also improves hair health! 
  • The daily recommendation of Biotin is 2.5 mg a day! Too much Biotin may cause acne, allergic reactions, and even effect pregnancy. But, if you don't get enough, hair loss and rashes can occur.
  • Thiamin, Riboflavin, and Niacin are all vitamins that go well with Biotin.  
  • Nine foods that have biotin in them are almonds, cheese, mushrooms, spinach, sweet potatoes, cauliflower, eggs, salmon and avocados.
  • Biotin Rocks!
