  • One of the the man's sperm will reach one of the woman's eggs.  The eggs are always present in a woman, but sperm do not develop in men until puberty.
  • Stage 4: Fetus 
  • Hi, I'm the fetus
  • After conception, the sperm fertilizes the egg which becomes the zygote.
  • Pregnancy gone wrong part 1:
  • The zygote will enter a two-week period of rapid cell division and develop into an embryo.  An embryo is the developing human organism from about two weeks after fertilization through the second month.  The placenta will also transfer nutrients and oxygen from mother to embryo. (Life-line)
  • Pregnancy gone wrong part 2:

  • The fetus is the developing human organism from nine weeks after conception to birth.
